1. Agreement Overview

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Vendor listed below and Rashieda Timpson LLC ("Host") for participation as a vendor at the Unstuck to Unstoppable Experience Conference ("Event").

By submitting payment and signing this agreement, the Vendor agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth below.

3. Payment & Confirmation

  • Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your vendor spot.

  • Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless the Event is canceled by the Host in its entirety.


4. Setup, Hours & Breakdown

  • Setup must be completed by 9:30 AM on August 2, 2025.

  • Vendors may not tear down before 4:00 PM on Day 1 unless instructed otherwise by event staff.

  • Tables and chairs will be provided by the Host.

  • Vendors must bring their own table coverings, signage, display items, and any other materials needed for their booth.

  • Additional setup instructions for Day 2 (if applicable) will be sent via email.


5. Promotion & Representation

  • Vendor will receive all promotional benefits outlined in their package level, including event program listings, stage mentions, social media shout-outs, and website/logo inclusion (as applicable).

  • Vendor agrees to submit required promotional materials (logo, business description, etc.) by July 15, 2025.


6. Gift Bag & Sample Contributions

Vendors contributing items for gift bags must deliver physical materials no later than July 25, 2025. Instructions for mailing or drop-off will be provided after registration confirmation.


7. Use of Space & Conduct

  • Vendor spaces are non-transferable and may not be subleased or shared without prior written consent.

  • Vendor must ensure their space is professional, respectful, and aligned with the faith-based and family-friendly values of the event.

  • No loud music, disruptive behavior, or sales of inappropriate content are allowed.


8. Liability & Insurance

Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rashieda Timpson LLC, its partners, contractors, venue, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, damages, or injuries that occur during the Event due to Vendor’s participation, equipment, products, or staff.

Vendor is solely responsible for their property, and Rashieda Timpson LLC is not liable for loss, damage, or theft.


9. Termination Clause

Rashieda Timpson LLC reserves the right to cancel or revoke Vendor’s participation at any time, with or without refund, for any violation of this agreement or behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate to the event’s purpose and community.


10. Media Consent

Vendor grants Rashieda Timpson LLC full permission to use photographs, video, or other media of their table, team, or brand taken during the Event for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and future marketing.


11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the Vendor and Rashieda Timpson LLC. No verbal modifications shall be valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Terms & Conditions Agreement

I have read and agree to the terms outlined in the official Vendor Agreement for the Unstuck to Unstoppable Experience Conference, and I understand that submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these terms on behalf of myself and/or my business.
