• Day 1: Saturday, August 2, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Day 2: Sunday, August 3, 2025 | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Ladies Only)

1. Agreement Overview

This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Sponsor listed below and Rashieda Timpson LLC ("Host") in support of the Unstuck to Unstoppable Experience Conference ("Event").

By submitting payment and signing this agreement, the Sponsor agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein.

3. Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsors agree to provide all required materials by the following deadlines:

• Logos, ads, and promotional content: Due by July 15, 2025

• Flyers, cards, or physical promo items: Due by July 25, 2025 (shipping/drop-off instructions provided upon registration)

All digital materials must be submitted in high-resolution formats suitable for print and online use. Failure to submit materials by the deadline may result in partial or forfeited benefits.

4. Payment Terms

• Sponsorships are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Host in its entirety.

• Payment must be made in full to reserve your sponsorship level.

• Payments are processed through the official event registration platform or by authorized invoice.

5. Brand Use & Visibility

• Sponsor grants Rashieda Timpson LLC permission to use the Sponsor's name, logo, and promotional materials for the purpose of fulfilling the sponsorship package.

• All branding will be displayed as described in the package level, but the Host reserves the right to adjust placement or visibility due to space, formatting, or technical constraints.

• Sponsor materials must align with the values of a faith-based, family-friendly event. The Host reserves the right to reject any materials deemed inappropriate.

6. Liability & Indemnification

Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rashieda Timpson LLC, its representatives, vendors, and venue partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Sponsor’s participation in or promotion at the Event.

The Host is not liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages related to advertising display, ad design, product placement, or event execution.

7. Event Cancellation or Modification

If the Event is canceled by the Host, a full refund of the sponsorship amount will be issued. If the Event is postponed or transitioned to a virtual format, the Host will adjust deliverables in good faith to ensure equivalent sponsor exposure.

8. Media & Photography Release

Sponsor grants Rashieda Timpson LLC the right to include their brand in video, photos, and media coverage related to the Event, and to use such materials for future marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the Sponsor and Rashieda Timpson LLC. Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
